Hello there! Want to awaken more joy, efficiency and harmony in your everyday life, learn to be peaceful in the midst of the chaos of a busy city and connect to like-minded humans? This week we will practice the Power of Purity, given by spiritual guide Mohanji. “Power of Purity” is a 40-minute guided meditation meant for inner cleansing Like physical body, if inner space is not taken care, it may lead to various diseases and afflictions. The aim of this meditation is to bring about deep inner cleansing which helps the practitioners to open up to ‘receive’ and ‘give’ love completely and enjoy the present moment with intensity by shedding the negative impressions in the subconscious mind. Regular practice of meditation enables us to be more effective in our everyday lives, to experience more balanced and constructive relationships with the world as well as to boost our creativity and other abilities. The meditation lasts 40 minutes.
